(More customer reviews)I got my son several of these sets for Christmas. He's autistic and loves animals. I am giving this set two stars when really I'd like to give it only one. It gets two stars because finally someone did make some animals out of HARD plastic instead of that soft rubbery stuff. My son would have those soft ones chewed up, which is why I passed them over and bought this set instead.
However, the poor little guy only took them out of the box and parts literally just fell off in his hands. He's very gentle with toys (except for the chewing) because all he wants to do is line them up and name them. One of the penguins' feet just fell off and my little boy was so upset.
If you choose to buy these things, keep them in a curio cabinet and never touch them. And be really careful pulling them out of the box because apparently that's all it takes to break them. And whatever you do, do NOT give this toy to a child on Christmas morning. You'll be sitting there feeling awful because you can't go to a store and get him a penguin with feet.
